Secret Santa Gift Exchange at Work

Today, work had our annual Christmas lunch. Also, gift exchange for secret santa. My secret santa worried I wouldn’t like the gift she included a gift receipt with it! I told her she didn’t have to.

Usually, all my gifts I get from work I put it immediately under the tree. But this year, because of dad passing away in March, neither my mom nor I are in the mood for a tree. Therefore, I just opened it.

In the gift bag, I received an Ulta makeup kit and three nail polishes!

And the nail polish shades: Essie in 1153 Shades On, and two Revlon shades- Teak Rose and Cherries In the Snow.
I am so glad I got these! I even applied them on.

My nails were in need of nail polish. Previous polish was applied last month and leftover still remained.

None of these polishes I would have picked out myself. But cherries in the snow I actually own in lipstick form. I don’t use it, though. It’s too bright and bold. I saw EmilyNoel83 talk about it on YouTube couple years ago as a great for all skin types. That was why I purchased it. Not sure how many years I have had this, but I really like the shade. Just don’t know when I could use it without feeling awkward. At least, now I have the nail polish that goes with it! Can use that, instead.
