Milani Color Statement Lipsticks

From the last time I did a review on these lipsticks, I have added more shades to my collection. I started out with only Brandy Berry and Uptown Mauve.

Today, I purchased three new shades to try. One of them, I am intimidated by, the other two are not so bad.

Double Espresso: Although my natural hair color has espresso in it, I have to say this color is best left to my natural hair and away from my lips. Double Espresso is a dark brown shade with a slight bit of shimmer. The texture is great, smooth and cream. Still, I have to pass on the shade.

Matte Flirty: One of the first matte shades I have tried in the Milani lipstick collection. It’s not so bad. Not drying, too.
Matte Love: Another matte shade I tried in the Milani lipstick collection. Is it just me or does Matte Flirty and Matte Love look similar? Matte Flirty looks a bit darker, but still they seem similar.

*By the way, the Milani Color Statement creme shades will transfer onto your pearly or yellow-y white teeth! So, if you do use them, don’t forget to remove the excess, especially in the inner area of your lips where your teeth may touch.
